Feedback will be provided throughout the process to help you complete the enrollment packet. Please follow the instructions that will be provided to submit the enrollment packet.

Enrollment Checklist

The enrollment process requires the completion of the steps within, please complete the checklist items listed below, including submission of all supplemental enrollment forms. Submit completed Online Enrollment packet.

Submit the following fees: *

Ensure GA Tax Credit signup is complete (see description below)

Payment for Curriculum Fees - $500 for K-8 and Montessori, $350 for PreK, and $100 for High School

Parent Portal Fee - $100

Registration Fee (newly enrolling students only) - $200

Resource Fee (Supplies and Technology) - Bambinos Montessori $300, PreK-Middle School $250 and High School $150

Testing Fee - $125 for KG, Elementary, Middle School, and Montessori (ages 5 and up)

Security fee - $200 (per family)

1) Submit a Pledge for the Georgia Tax Credit form found here: https://www.georgiasso.com/ The forms must be completed by July so they are ready for testing by GASSO. In January of the upcoming year, the application will be submitted to the GA Department of Revenue as part of the Georgia QEE Tax Credit Program. Participation in the Georgia Educational Tax Credit program helps reduce the overall tuition cost at ILM Academy through its scholarships. I understand that not participating in this tax credit program as a donor, with an amount of $5,000 if married filing jointly or $2,500 if filing separately, I will incur a tuition increase of $1,500, which will be added to my tuition statement on January 1st. I MUST notify the school if I will not participate. Financial Aid families are exempted from this requirement but should encourage family/friends to participate in the program.

2) The Financial Agreement is located below- I agree to go over all the fees, tuition, and additional information in full detail and I understand that all fees listed are Non-refundable.

Financial Agreement

Please read and agree to each statement and then sign at the bottom.

1. Fees:

Curriculum Fee Per Grade Level - Curriculum Fee is $500 for K-8 and Montessori, $350 for PreK, and $100 for High School. Fees are not prorated for late admissions.
Curriculum Fee Required - Curriculum Fee is required for the acceptance of student's re-enrollment.
Curriculum Fee Non-refundable - Curriculum Fee is non-refundable unless students never attended the school.
Resource Fee - (includes Supply and Technology Fee) - Bambinos Montessori $300, PreK-Middle School $250 and High School $150 is required per student, is non-refundable for all re-enrolled students. The Resource Fee is not prorated for late admissions.
Testing Fee - Testing Fees of $125 (for KG and above grades, and for children 5 and above in Montessori) is required per student, is non-refundable.
Incidental Fee - Other incidental fees during the school year for special in-class activities or field trips, are due when requested and are non-refundable.

2. Annual Tuition:

Parent Responsibility - The entire year's Parent Responsibility (PR) share of the tuition is the parent's responsibility regardless of the number of student absences from school. Students who are admitted after the beginning of the academic year are responsible for the pro-rated PR share of tuition from the month of joining.
Tuition In Monthly Installments - ILM Academy allows payment of tuition in monthly installments only as a convenience to parents. This allowance may be revoked if installments are not paid in full or on time.
- Tuition for Pre-K $675/month
- Tuition for Montessori ranges from $745-825/month
- Tuition for KG - 8th Grade and High School $675/month
- Tuition for 11th & 12th Grade $TBD/month
Parent Share of Tuition - Parent share of Tuition installments (PR) are due in full regardless of whether the school is in session for the whole month or not. Abuse of this system and failure to meet monthly payments will result in the dismissal of students from ILM Academy and /or a hold placed on the offending student(s) account(s). Students with a hold on their account will not be allowed to re-enroll for the next academic year until the balance is cleared.
Early Withdrawal - Early Withdrawal for Elementary (KG and up, including Montessori), the parent will be liable for the full-year tuition. Any outstanding charges must be paid before records are released.

3. Additional Information:

Receiving Scholarships - Enrollment at ILM Academy requires parents to accept receiving scholarships for their children.
Scholarships May Require - Certain scholarships may require parents to enroll/register their children in public/charter school, signing scholarship application forms, endorsing scholarship checks in a timely manner.
Returned Check Fee - A $35 fee will be charged for the first returned check and/or ACH denial ($35 for subsequent occurrences), after which payment will be required by cash, certified check or money order.
Volunteer Hour - Each family member must volunteer a total of 20 hours or be charged $300 for the whole year, or $15/hour.
Right To Dismiss - ILM Academy reserves the right to dismiss any student with or without reason.
Right To Refuse Service - ILM Academy reserves the right to refuse service if the terms and conditions of this Agreement are disputed or violated.
Right To Change Fees - ILM Academy reserves the right to make changes in the fees and programs offered without prior notice.
Redirect Taxes - We agree to redirect our GA state taxes to ILM Academy by participating in Georgia's Qualified Education Expense (QEE) Program as directed by the school.
Parents are responsible to understand the program and its requirements.

QEE Form to SSO - We authorize the school to submit our QEE pre-approval form and donation check to the SSO as soon as QEE is pre-approved.
Re-Submit QEE Form - We authorize the school to re-submit our QEE pre-approval form on our behalf (based on the prior year submission) for upcoming calendar years as long as my child continues to be enrolled in the school.
I give ILM Academy permission to submit my information to Georgia Student Scholarship Organization (SSO), Inc (GaSSO) to be used as a substitute IT-QEE-TP1 Form to apply for approval to donate to the Qualified Expense Tax Credit Program for the upcoming calender year to Georgia Department of Revenue (GADOR).
