Instructions

To begin the enrollment process, please complete the online enrollment form below. Start with the Enrollee Information section and proceed through each step. Throughout the process, you will receive guidance and feedback to assist you in completing the enrollment packet accurately.

Please ensure you carefully follow all instructions provided to facilitate a smooth and successful submission.

Enrollment Checklist

As part of the enrollment process, families are required to review and acknowledge the financial agreement and participate in the Georgia Educational Tax Credit program. By submitting the online enrollment packet, you confirm your commitment to complying with all financial policies of ILM Academy.

Submit the following fees: *

Payment for Curriculum Fees - $500 for K-8 and Montessori, $350 for PreK, and $100 for High School

Parent Portal Fee - $100

Registration Fee (newly enrolling students only) - $200

Resource Fee (Supplies and Technology) - Bambinos Montessori $350, PreK-Middle School $250 and High School $150

Testing Fee - $125 for KG, Elementary, Middle School, and Montessori (ages 5 and up)

Security fee - $300 (per family)

Submit a pledge for the Georgia Tax Credit Program by completing the form available here. Forms must be submitted by July to ensure they are ready for testing by GASSO. In January of the following year, the application will be processed by the Georgia Department of Revenue as part of the Georgia Qualified Education Expense (QEE) Tax Credit Program. Participation in the Georgia Educational Tax Credit Program directly supports ILM Academy by reducing overall tuition costs through scholarships. If a family chooses not to participate as a donor—contributing $5,000 (for those Married Filing Jointly) or $2,500 (for those filing Separately)—a $1,500 tuition increase will be applied to their tuition statement on January 1st.

Families who choose not to participate must notify the school in advance. Financial aid recipients are exempt from this requirement but are encouraged to have family and friends participate in the program.

The Financial Agreement is provided below. I acknowledge that I have reviewed all fees, tuition, and additional details in their entirety and understand that all listed fees are non-refundable.

Financial Agreement

Please read and agree to each statement and then sign at the bottom.

1. Fees:

Curriculum Fee Per Grade Level - Curriculum Fee is $500 for K-8 and Elementary Montessori, $350 for PreK, Bambinos & Primary Montessori, High School $150 is required per student. The Resource Fee is not prorated for late admissions.
Testing Fee - Testing Fees of $125 (for KG and above grades, and for children 5 and above in Montessori) is required per student.
Security Fee - This fee of $300 contributes to maintaining a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors by funding professional security personnel on campus.
Other Fees - Other incidental fees during the school year for special in-class activities or field trips, are due when requested and are non-refundable.

2. Annual Tuition:

Parent Responsibility

Parents are responsible for the full Parent Responsibility (PR) share of the annual tuition, regardless of student absences. For students admitted after the start of the academic year, tuition will be pro-rated from the month of enrollment. In a situation of student withdrawal parent is liable for full year's tuition.

Monthly Tuition Installments
ILM Academy offers the option to pay tuition in monthly installments as a convenience to parents. However, this option may be revoked if payments are not made in full or on time.

Pre-K: $700/month
Montessori: $780–$860/month
Kindergarten – 8th Grade: $700/month
High School: $700/month

Parent Share of Tuition
Tuition installments must be paid in full each month, regardless of whether school is in session for the entire month. Failure to make timely payments may result in student dismissal from ILM Academy and/or a hold on the student’s account. Students with an account hold will not be eligible for re-enrollment for the following academic year until all outstanding balances are cleared.

Early Withdrawal Policy
For Elementary (KG and above, including Montessori), parents are responsible for the full-year tuition in the event of early withdrawal. All outstanding charges must be settled before student records can be released.

3. Additional Information:

Scholarship Requirement – Enrollment at ILM Academy requires parents to accept any applicable scholarships for their children.
Scholarship Obligations – Some scholarships may require parents to register their children in public or charter schools, complete scholarship application forms, and endorse scholarship checks in a timely manner.
Returned Check Fee – A $35 fee will be applied for the first returned check and/or ACH denial. Subsequent occurrences will incur a $35 fee per instance, after which payments must be made via cash, certified check, or money order.
Volunteer Hours – Each family is required to complete 20 volunteer hours per academic year. Families who do not meet this requirement will be charged $300 for the year ($15 per unfulfilled hour).
Right to Dismiss – ILM Academy reserves the right to dismiss any student at its discretion.
Right to Refuse Service – ILM Academy reserves the right to refuse service if the terms and conditions of this agreement are disputed or violated.
Right to Modify Fees and Programs – ILM Academy reserves the right to adjust fees and program offerings without prior notice.
GA Tax Credit Program Participation – Parents agree to redirect their Georgia state taxes to ILM Academy by participating in Georgia’s Qualified Education Expense (QEE) Program as required by the school. It is the responsibility of parents to understand the program’s requirements. More details can be found here: GA Tax Credit Program.
Submission of Necessary Forms – Parents agree to submit all necessary forms required for participation in the QEE Tax Credit Program.
Authorization for QEE Form Submission – Parents authorize GASSO to submit their QEE pre-approval form to the Georgia Department of Revenue and commit to submitting payment via ACH to GASSO upon QEE pre-approval.
Annual QEE Form Resubmission – Parents agree to resubmit their QEE-TPP form for subsequent calendar years as long as their child remains enrolled at ILM Academy. Failure to submit the required form or denial of participation will result in a non-participation fee of $1,500.
