Tuition amounts listed are calculated based on a $10,000 voucher through the Georgia Tax Credit Program. All fees and tuition payments are strictly non-refundable. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. A 5% discount is offered for tuition paid in full by August 1; this discount does not apply to fees.

Extended care is available at ILM Academy's Main Campus (IMC) and the Early Childhood Center from 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM for $250/child per month.

Extended care charges will be added to your Parent Account by the first of every month with your child's school tuition payments.

Daily drop-in rates are $25.00 per day. Late pick-up charges start after 3:10 PM, 3:30 PM and 3:40 PM (*For IEC-Staggered dismissal for respective grades) and 3:55 (IMC) Mon-Thur. On Fridays, the timings for late pick-up will be 1:10 PM and 1:30 PM (IEC-respective grades) and 1:45 PM (IMC).

*Timings can change if Staggered Dismissal timings at IEC change.

All charges billed must be paid in full by the 7th of each month. Any parent account with a balance over 30 days past due may result in the withdrawal of the student from the school.
All required assessments, documentation, and tuition and fee payments must be completed by their respective due dates. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the cancellation of enrollment. In such cases, students on the waitlist will be offered the available spot. The withdrawn student may reapply and will be considered for enrollment only if space remains available after waitlisted students have been accommodated.

A 5% discount is offered for tuition paid in full by August 1; this discount does not apply to fees.

A limited amount of Financial Aid is available - based on community sponsorship - to students who demonstrate financial need for grades Kindergarten to Grade 8th. Pre-K, Montessori & High School students are not eligible for Financial Aid.
