By the Grace of Allah (swt), we are very pleased to announce that our search for ILM Academy's first Principal is complete. The position has been filled by Dr. Siham Elsegeiny.
Dr. Elsegeiny is a career educator with a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and experience of leading Islamic schools. Being passionate about imparting quality Islamic education to children, Dr. Elsegeiny has worked at various Islamic Schools in the United States for the last 16 years, having served as Principal for the last ten years. Dr. Elsegeiny has led her schools through accreditation, secured funding through grants, implemented a state charter program, and served as a chairperson on a prestigious accreditation commission.
We thank Allah for this achievement and congratulate you on this great news! We are confident, in sha' Allah, that Dr. Elsegeiny's association with ILM Academy will contribute to raising the standard of education at ILM and in our community.

Is attending ILM too expensive for you? You don't need to worry anymore!
Through the efforts of a few generous individuals, financial aid in the form of tuition discounts, tuition waivers and discounts for volunteering are now being offered for Kindergarten, 1st Grade and 2nd Grade (a promotional offer of 50% off annual tuition is also being offered until 8/1/2009.  الحمد لله ILM Academy has been granted official tax exempt status (section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code) from the United States Internal Revenue Service. Tax-exempt status was granted in July 2009 and is retroactive back to ILM's incorporation date - June 19, 2008.
You may deduct donations from your federally-taxable income. Please contact a tax professional for the details of deducting such a donation.
