ILM Academy's Kindergarten also known as the Marvelous Muslim Class, is where young Muslims can develop and practice the basics of our deen in a community setting. This foundation will ensure that they grow up to be true ambassadors of Islam inshaALLAH!
At ILM, we focus on instilling the love and awareness of the deen in our students. Everyday conflicts are resolved with the awareness of ALLAH swt and the compromises made, truly reflect the consciousness of deeds being recorded mashaALLAH!
At ILM we strive to instill Islamic etiquette and morals like, patience, kindness, respect, truthfulness, humbleness, tolerance, and compassion in all students. In addition to Math, Science, Language Arts, Phonics, History, Physical Education and Art students at ILM are taught Arabic, Quran and Islamic Studies on a daily basis. Our vision is to develop strong Muslims, nurtured to excel academically and capable of being productive members of society inshaALLAH.
Curriculum
ILM Academy's Kindergarten offers rich, challenging, and engaging content in its curriculum. Our curriculum uses textbooks, CDs, videos, technology, and hands-on manipulatives that complement interactive online elements to address different learning styles and maximize the learning experience for all students.
To achieve academic excellence, ILM has adopted the curricula which have been tailored to provide learning objectives in a combination of rich, engaging content with interesting interactive demonstrations and activities that help students absorb and retain information better than the average text book.

ILM Academy’s Kindergarten has integrated technology into the classroom in recognition that this approach helps children respond and retain more information better than the traditional teaching methods. Using the best Math and Phonics supplemental curriculums in the industry combined with our current curriculum, ILM has certainly raised the bar in student learning and progress. Our additional supplemental curriculums for Phonics and Math are adaptive and let the student’s progress at their own pace. This strategy ensures that they master all concepts before learning new ones without getting overwhelmed. In addition to meeting the Georgia Performance Standards, ILM’ s Kindergarten exceeds by providing extra enrichment for students who excel in certain subjects. For example, our Math supplement covers K-5th grade math concepts and a student in Kindergarten has no limit in progressing up to 5th grade math if capable. At ILM we believe in achieving high academics without overwhelming or burdening the child. For this reason we are equipped with the tools to enrich the students who are ready to achieve higher than grade level, while providing on level learning and remediation for those in need.
