Admissions Process for New Students - 2009 |
General Enrollment starts on Friday February 6th, with our Enrollment Night 2009 Kickoff event. We strongly encourage you to attend to get first-hand information by touring the facility, meeting the staff and talking to other parents of both new and continuing students. Admissions Process - 2009
- Attend ILM Academy's Enrollment Kickoff Night on Friday February 6th, 2009 from 5 - 7pm (or the Enrollment Brunch on Saturday, February 28th at 11am).
- Starting Friday, Feb 6th, 2009, fill out and submit the 2009 Application Form along with the non-refundable Application Processing Fees of $75. Last day to submit an application is Friday, March 13th, 2009.
- Kindergarten to 2nd Grade applicants are required to take an Assessment Test that will be administered on Saturday March 14th, 2009. The test will last approximately one and a half hours. Additional test dates may be added if needed.
- Please bring a copy of the following to the Assessment Test:
a. Applicant's most recent report card
b. Applicant's most recent standardized test results
- Admissions Announcements will be communicated to parents by Friday, March 20th, 2009.
- In order to confirm a seat in class, applicants are required the following by Tuesday March 31st, 2009:
- Birth Certificate
- Georgia Immunization form 3231
- Enrollment Confirmation Fees of $100 for Pre-K or $200 for all other grades.
- Curriculum Fees must be submitted by May 1st, 2009 ($50 for Pre-K; $300 otherwise)
- Tuition and Supply Fees are due on August 1st, 2009.
- First day of school is Monday, August 10th, 2009.
