Note:
- All fees should be made payable to 'ILM Academy' with the name of the child and the fees type in the memo field of the check
- All fees are non-refundable.
*Tuition Payment Plans:
ILM Academy provides a number of payment plans as a convenience to parents. Regardless of payment plan selected, parents are liable for the entire year's tuition as outlined in the Financial Agreement included in the Application Packet.
The following payment plans are available for 2010-11. Please choose one of the following by August 2nd, 2010:
- Pre-paid Single Installment: Pay the entire annual amount - with a discount - in a single payment by August 2nd 2010; or
- 10 Pre-paid Installments: Sign up for recurring automated payment via ACH (Automated Clearing House) or submit 10 post-dated checks for all ten installments on August 2nd, 2010. If submitting checks, they will be cashed on the first of each month starting August 2nd 2010 and ending May 1st, 2011; or
- Monthly: Pay 10 monthly installments of equal amounts starting on August 2nd, 2010 and ending on May 1st, 2011. This option is only available for Pre-K.

Discounts:
The following discounts are available for 2010-2011:
- Multiple Children from the same Family: Families with multiple children enrolled at ILM are entitled to a 10% discount on their second child and a 20% discount on all subsequent children. Note: The discount is taken off the youngest child’s tuition.
- Children of Staff Members: Staff members are given a 50% discount on each child enrolled. This cannot be combined with other discounts.
Financial Aid:
A limited amount of Financial Aid is available - based on community sponsorship - to students who demonstrate financial need for grades Kindergarten and above. Pre-K students are not eligible for Financial Aid.
